Drew Stutzman, J.D.

Attorney Drew Stutzman has over 20 years of bankruptcy experience offering his clients quality and comprehensive legal services in all aspects of asset protection, financial restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law.  Drew graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in industrial and systems engineering and earned his law degree from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Early in his career Drew represented large institutional financial lenders, servicers and investors, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.  He has consistently been recognized as one of the very best bankruptcy attorneys in Georgia. Drew has been named Georgia Trend Magazine’s“Legal Elite in Bankruptcy” for 2015, 2016 and 2017, recognizing him as one of Georgia’s top bankruptcy attorneys.  He also enjoys a “Distinguished” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating that he is widely respected by his peers for his high professional achievement and ethical standards. Drew is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Savannah Bar Association, along with being active in a number of local, state and national bankruptcy organizations.  He has also been asked to present and lecture on bankruptcy-related topics.  Drew is an active member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church and sits on several of its committees.  He has also dedicated himself to the development of today’s youth through his participation as a youth group leader and in leading a small group of high school boys, helping to provide teens with the knowledge and support needed to put them in the best position to contribute, mature and make good decisions moving forward.
