Andrew W. Lohn, J.D., LLM


Andy has over 25 years of experience representing high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners in domestic and international estate planning, asset protection planning and wealth management planning. Additionally, Andy works with early stage companies and alternative asset investments.  He has worked in the Trusts & Estates group of a top Atlanta law firm, and the Corporate Tax Group and Private Client Advisor Group of Deloitte & Touche where his practice focused on business succession planning for family businesses throughout the Southeastern United States.  Andy received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. He holds a B.A. in Humanities from Bob Jones University.  Andy is a member of the Georgia and Alabama Bar associations and the Public Policy Advisory Committee of the Angel Capital Association. 

Locally, Andy is an Elder of the Skidaway Island Presbyterian Church and is a member and past President of the Rotary Club of Savannah South. He will serve as District Governor for Rotary District 6920 in 2021-2022. He is a member of the German Heritage Society and the German Friendly Society of Savannah.  Andy serves on the boards of several local charities and is a frequent lecturer on tax, probate and advanced planning topics at continuing legal education seminars and hosts several live nationally broadcast webinars on advanced tax and planning topics.
